How To Enroll
Action Required
- Complete the NO CHANGE ENROLLMENT FORM if you are not making changes to your benefits for 2021.
- Complete your applicable Enrollment Form (either Bi-Weekly or Semi-Monthly) if you are making any changes to your benefits for 2021.
- Completed Enrollment Forms must be returned to HR, no later than July 16, 2021 at 5:00 PM EST.
- You will not be allowed to make changes after the open enrollment window closes, unless you experience a qualifying event.
